Piercing Terms and Condition
Pre-Appointment Preparation
1. To ensure a more comfortable experience we will require client to eat within 4 hours before your appointment to ensure proper energy and hydration levels.
2. Ensure wearing appropriate clothing to the piercing. Piercing such as Navel piercing it is best to wear a separate bottom and top to ensure a comfortable experience.
Age Restrictions
1. All Minors below the age of 18 will require a parent or legal guardian to accompany them for the appointment. (Friends, Siblings or other relatives are not permitted to sign on behalf of the parent / legal guardian)
2. Minimum age for piercing is 12 years old with a parent consent. We do not pierce babies or young children.
Jewelry Policies
1. To maintain our high standard of safety and hygiene and to ensure optimal healing we only use NEW and Sterilize jewelry that meets our quality and sterilization standards from our studio
2. We use Implant Grade Titanium as the default starting jewelry. If you wish to choose other options our crew will show it to you during your appointment. We have 14k Gold or 18k Gold options
3. For reinstalling jewelry that has fallen off or that has been removed we require a 24 hours for sterilization before we are able to reinsert to an existing piercing.
4. Price listed on our price page includes 1 piece of basic titanium jewelry.
Hygiene and Aftercare
1. We will guide our client on the proper aftercare after each piercing. We will not provide any aftercare cream, solution or spray. We do encourage our clients to purchase a NeilMed Piercing Aftercare Solution or Sodium Chloride for external piercings or mouth wash for any oral piercings from any local pharmacy.
Refund and Cancellation Policies
1. Deposit is required for all fresh piercing appointments.
2. Do come on time for your appointment as we work mainly by an appointment system and we are only able to hold your appointment for 15 minutes. Any delays will be subject to available appointment slots.
3. Should your anatomy not be suitable for the piercing due to scarring from a previous piercing, anatomy shape the deposit is strictly non refundable. (If this happens our piercer will absolutely be happy to help suggest alternate piercing that is more suitable)
4. If you do not wish to proceed with the piercing the deposit is non refundable
5. Deposit will be minus from your total fee.
Studio Policies
1. All piercing is done by single use sterile needles only. We do not reuse needles. Clients are not allowed to bring the needle home. Other tools may be used for the piercing, any tools used will be processed and sterilized properly.
2. Due to the nature of our studio and the dangers of sharp objects and for the comfort of our other clients our studio is a strict no children facility
3. All piercing will be done in our private rooms, doors will be open. You may request for the doors to be closed for your comfort. (All intimate / genital piercings for female will be done with the door closed)
4. We may refuse service for client is unfit - Sick, Drunk, Not of sound mind
5. Only the person getting the piercing will be allowed into the piercing room. Friends or family will not be allowed into the room.
